As the Senior Manager, Digital Experience, you’ll play a pivotal role in implementing key programs and projects across global regions, with a focus on the EMEA market. Acting as a liaison between regional and global teams, you’ll be the driving force behind bringing programs to life and ensuring their success on the ground.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the launch of strategic digital initiatives in the EMEA region, driving their successful implementation.
  • Support the ongoing success of our Global App in EMEA markets by collaborating closely with Global Digital & Technology teams.
  • Oversee the rollout of Kiosks & KMS across EMEA, ensuring ongoing platform optimization.
  • Manage the EMEA App team, including the Product Owner, and drive the roadmap to achieve deliverables.
  • Collaborate with Technology teams to deliver third-party POS integrations.
  • Develop best practices and guidelines for digital products to be shared with MFZEs and smaller markets.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 6 years of experience leading digital roadmaps or propositions.
  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Commercial acumen, with the ability to build business cases and make data-driven decisions.
  • Self-motivated team player with a passion for driving results and bringing enthusiasm to the workplace.
  • Ability to oversee complex, multi-functional projects from conception to launch.
  • Strong influencer with excellent relationship management skills.
  • Comfortable in uncertain environments and able to shape new ways of working.
  • Experience in Food Services and/or retail preferred, but not required.
