Key Responsibilities:
- Drive technical, business, and organizational improvements.
- Mentor and support team members across various projects.
- Implement solutions for scaling and performance issues.
- Develop full-stack, customer-focused experiences.
- Ensure data security and regulatory compliance (GDPR, CCPA).
- Monitor platform performance and establish maintenance procedures.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years in enterprise-level software development (Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, Mongo/NoSQL/Elasticsearch).
- Expertise in cloud platforms (ideally AWS) and high-performance systems.
- Experience with microservices, API Gateways, CI/CD, and Terraform.
