Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of insights analysts to ensure timely project delivery and strategic alignment.
- Conduct weekly meetings with directors to deliver actionable insights driving business decisions across various areas.
- Perform ad hoc analysis of sales data to support business initiatives, offering insightful recommendations.
- Prepare written analytics and presentations to support recommendations with relevant metrics and insights.
- Utilize BI reporting tools to analyze data efficiently and present clear recommendations.
- Develop interactive reports and analysis templates for revenue, productivity, supply chain, and other metrics.
- Assist in developing a comprehensive data catalog and utilize SQL for data extraction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or business discipline.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in analytics or BI team management.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and listening skills.
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, charting) and SQL; experience with Qlik Sense is a plus but Tableau and Power Bi fitting as well.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in both traditional and generative AI for BI solutions is desirable
