Chief Information Security Officer

Ovise is exclusively partnered with a global QSR organization for a Cyber Security Leader. This executive leadership role is responsible for defining and leading the organisation’s cybersecurity strategy and operations. The CISO ensures the protection of data, systems, and networks, safeguarding the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of critical information assets.

The role partners closely with executive and technology leadership to embed security into business strategy, manage cyber risk, and continuously strengthen the organisation’s security posture in response to evolving threats.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and deliver an enterprise-wide cybersecurity strategy aligned to business objectives.

• Establish and enforce security policies, standards, and governance frameworks.

• Lead incident response planning, cyber operations, and threat management activities.

• Assess, prioritise, and mitigate cybersecurity risks across the organisation.

• Report security risk posture and incidents to senior leadership and stakeholders.

• Manage third-party and vendor cybersecurity risk.

• Promote a strong security-aware culture through training and awareness programmes.

Skills & Experience

• Proven ability to align cybersecurity strategy with commercial and operational goals.

• Deep expertise in cyber risk management, threat intelligence, and incident response.

• Strong understanding of network, system, and application security.

• Experience overseeing SOC, vulnerability management, and penetration testing functions.

• Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory frameworks (e.g. NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR).
