How do you pay your consultants?

Region dependent. However, typically US resources will fill out weekly timesheets for your approval and get paid bi-weekly via W2 or C2C. For UK day rate contractors we can work both inside and outside of IR35 and have the required third parties in place to ensure strict compliance.

Do your consultants come on-site?

Absolutely! The majority of our current consultants are in the office on our client sites.
