You’ll work with data engineers to create datasets, and partner with business teams to deliver insights through reports, models, and automation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead product and initiative analysis, proposing solutions considering cost, scalability, supportability, and usability.
- Conduct exploratory analysis to answer major business questions.
- Communicate findings via briefs, presentations, and reports.
- Develop complex models and dashboards to aid decision-making.
- Create end-user applications for actionable insights.
- Collaborate with data engineers to design datasets.
- Apply statistical methods to business questions and communicate probabilistic answers.
- Demonstrate expertise in predictive analytics, machine learning, and data visualization.
- Be a recognized analytics partner, contributing to standards and mentoring others.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, data science, statistics).
- 4-6 years of experience in reporting and analysis, with examples of complex methodologies and probabilistic models.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R.
