The Business Intelligence Manager will be at the forefront of data insights, collaborating closely with Pillar Leads, Project Managers, and Financial Managers to provide crucial analysis for decision-making. This role requires a blend of analytical prowess, technical BI acumen, and exceptional interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Insightful Reporting: Craft reports that not only convey information effectively but also provide valuable insights for decision-making and planning.
  • Strategic Analysis: Evaluate current processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and present findings in a compelling manner to drive future state visions.
  • Solution Generation: Propose innovative solutions to address business challenges, leveraging a deep understanding of technology and business processes.
  • Daily Troubleshooting: Act as a go-to resource for resolving data and integration issues, ensuring reporting accuracy on a daily basis.
  • Continuous Improvement: Strive for excellence by continuously seeking process improvements and staying ahead of industry trends.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners and cross-functional teams, influencing without direct authority.
  • Metrics and Goals Alignment: Collaborate on defining metrics, goals, and operational reviews to drive business success.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Finance, or related field with expertise in Power BI, Azure DevOps, MS Excel.
  • Proficiency in Power BI Reporting, with the ability to design, develop, and troubleshoot complex programs to generate clear, concise reports.
  • Experience developing financial reports and metrics, with a general understanding of accounting and financial principles.
  • Ability to analyze data objectively, identify root causes, and offer innovative solutions to resolve problems.
  • Exceptional consulting and management skills, with the ability to successfully manage multiple initiatives and changing priorities.
  • Comfortable liaising with diverse stakeholder groups, aligning them toward common goals and outcomes.
  • Proactive individuals with a strong “get it done” mentality, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
