A boutique consultancy with a sharp edge in data and AI is scaling fast, and Databricks is at the heart of their growth. They’ve built a reputation as the go-to partner for modern data platform work, and now they’re looking for someone who can truly own Databricks delivery, end to end.
You’ll be leading the conversation from day zero – partnering with clients in early pre-sales, designing robust architectures, delivering production-grade solutions, and driving thought leadership across the ecosystem.
You’ll be the Databricks SME in the room – working alongside C-level execs, technical teams, and the Databricks alliance itself.
What you’ll do:
- Own architecture, design, and delivery of Databricks-based solutions for enterprise clients
- Lead technical presales engagements and shape winning strategies with the sales team
- Serve as the internal and external Databricks expert — influencing both client decisions and internal best practices
- Create content and represent the firm in the Databricks community (blogs, webinars, demos, whitepapers)
- Mentor consultants and shape a growing Databricks practice from the ground up
What they’re looking for:
- Deep hands-on Databricks experience (2+ years) – Spark, PySpark, Unity Catalog, Workflows, DLT
- Strong consulting instincts – able to guide both business and technical stakeholders
- Full-stack understanding of modern data pipelines, cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred), and DevOps best practices
- Experience with presales or technical sales support is a strong advantage
- Bonus: exposure to GenAI use cases, MLflow, or Databricks Model Serving
