D365 F&O Consultant

Ovise has partnered with a leading retail organization to find an experienced Dynamics 365 F&O Consultant.

This role is ideal for a Subject Matter Expert (SME) who can guide the client through a major transformation within the Dynamics 365 environment, focusing on Retail and Commerce. The candidate will work closely with the client to optimize business processes and ensure successful implementation and adoption of Dynamics 365 F&O.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise on and implement Dynamics 365 F&O solutions with a focus on Retail and Commerce, aligned with the client’s strategic goals.
• Develop and document technical and functional specifications, particularly for Retail, Import, and Warehouse Operations.
• Provide expert guidance throughout the project lifecycle to ensure successful outcomes.
• Collaborate with business process owners, technical teams, and ERP specialists to deliver efficient solutions.
• Manage all project stages, from analysis and design to testing, training, and deployment.
• Lead efforts in technical configurations, customizations, data migration, and reporting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Extensive experience as a Dynamics 365 F&O Consultant, with a focus on Retail and Commerce and full-cycle implementations.
• Strong knowledge of Retail, Import, and Warehouse Operations.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership abilities.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Apps) are a plus.
