e-Commerce Manager

Ovise is working exclusively with a leading retail organization based in Fort Lauderdale in search of an experienced E-Commerce Manager. This fully onsite role is instrumental in driving online growth, improving the digital customer journey, and leading end-to-end e-commerce operations across product, marketing, and technology teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce strategies aligned with business goals
• Oversee day-to-day website operations and customer experience to ensure a seamless online journey
• Manage product listings, content creation, SEO, and onsite marketing campaigns
• Optimize digital performance through data analysis, A/B testing, and conversion rate improvements
• Lead mobile commerce initiatives and support omnichannel growth
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, IT, product, and customer service teams
• Define and monitor KPIs such as revenue, average order value, and customer retention
• Manage a team of e-commerce professionals, fostering performance and development
• Evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance the online shopping experience

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of e-commerce management experience, preferably in retail
• Proven track record of driving digital sales and improving user experience
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in GA4, A/B testing tools, and reporting dashboards
• Working knowledge of marketplaces such as Amazon and eBay
• Familiarity with Agile, Jira, and CMS platforms
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Experience with ADA compliance and headless architecture is a plus
• Excellent communication skills and cross-functional leadership abilities
