Lead AI Engineer

We’re seeking a Lead AI Engineer with expertise in Generative AI, Python, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of AI solutions, focusing on Gen AI and RAG models
• Design, build, and optimize AI pipelines in Python
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI into business processes
• Stay updated on emerging AI trends and technologies

Requirements:

• Proven experience in AI/ML development, with a focus on Gen AI
• Strong proficiency in Python; experience with RAG frameworks preferred
• Ability to manage and mentor engineering teams
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
