Network Engineer

Ovise has partnered with a Financial Services organization who is looking to hire a Network Engineer to join their Technology Infrastructure group. Ideally, you will have previous experience working at an MSP or Financial firm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Cisco and Palo Alto firewalls, routers, switches, and related systems.
• Troubleshoot LAN, VoIP, and circuit connectivity issues.
• Oversee Cisco Call Manager and Webex integration.
• Install and upgrade equipment after business hours.
• Coordinate with IT staff and end users to resolve issues.
• Manage other voice, network, and security systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years of industry experience.
• Proficiency in Cisco and Palo Alto technologies within a team environment.
• Experience with Telcos for circuit installations and troubleshooting.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and vendor support experience.
• Excellent communication skills for user interaction.
• Effective organizational and problem-solving abilities.
