Ovise is working exclusively with a high-profile financial services organisation to appoint a Senior Salesforce Product Owner. This is a strategic and hands-on role, focused on evolving and enhancing the firm’s Sales, Marketing, and Client Service platforms.
We’re looking for a commercially minded Product Owner with deep Salesforce expertise and a strong understanding of sales and marketing operations. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to drive initiatives across client onboarding, sales enablement, marketing automation, and service workflows.
The role:
You’ll lead product strategy, prioritise backlogs, and ensure high-quality delivery by collaborating with developers, analysts, testers, and tech leads. The role calls for someone confident navigating complex environments, managing competing priorities, and aligning technical solutions with business goals.
Key experience:
- 10+ years overseeing sales and marketing platforms (Salesforce is a must have)
- Proven leadership in matrixed teams
- A data-driven, delivery-focused mindset
- Self-motivated and able to prioritize and execute with minimal guidance
- Proven ability to develop and manage cross-functional processes and timelines
- Excellent follow-through, attention to detail, and time management
- Experience defining technology strategy in alignment with business priorities
- Proficiency with JIRA or similar tools supporting Agile delivery
