Digital Project Manager

Ovise is exclusively partnered with one of the largest restaurant and franchisee brands in the world! Playing a pivotal role in staffing their recent digital transformation and continuing this upward trajectory through data-driven decisions and technology.

As a Digital Project Manager, you will manage key projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget completion of new digital capabilities. You’ll work closely with the PMO/VMO team and digital portfolio leaders to advance the company’s digital agenda.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage project scope for timely, budget-friendly, and quality delivery.
• Facilitate project checkpoints.
• Identify and resolve high-priority risks.
• Ensure compliance with project standards.
• Collaborate with analysts, stakeholders, development teams, and vendors.
• Guide project teams, keeping them informed and on track.
• Ensure projects meet success metrics and ROI targets.
• Lead project teams with clear vision and direction.
• Address and mitigate project impediments.
• Validate and accept requirements based on criteria.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Marketing, or related field.
• PMP Certification required; SAFe Agile or SCRUM Certification preferred.
• 1-3 years in software development lifecycle.
• 2-3 years as a Product Owner, Project Manager, Product Manager, or Business Analyst.
• Experience driving digital agendas in large, cross-functional companies.
• Experience managing complex projects in a SAFe Agile environment.
• Knowledge of digital and consumer technology.
• Proficiency in project management tools (Microsoft Project, SmartSheet, Azure DevOps, Jira).
