Vice President, Data & AI

Ovise is exclusively partnered with a global QSR organization for a Data & AI Leader. This senior leadership role owns the technology strategy, engineering, and delivery of a modern data platform and AI capabilities. The focus is on enabling reliable, scalable, and high-quality data and AI solutions that support digital, marketing, operations, and finance stakeholders.

The role leads a team of data engineers and architects, partners closely with senior business leaders, and drives the innovation and implementation of enterprise AI initiatives aligned to strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and deliver a modern data platform strategy aligned to business objectives.

• Lead, hire, and develop high-performing teams across data engineering, architecture, and delivery.

• Partner with digital and marketing teams to enable advanced personalization and analytics.

• Work with operations and finance stakeholders to deliver actionable, data-driven insights.

• Establish and scale AI foundations, architecture, and enterprise use cases.

• Oversee delivery across insourced and outsourced teams.

Skills & Experience

• Proven leader with experience building and scaling data and AI teams.

• Strong stakeholder management across technical and non-technical audiences.

• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes.

• Experience delivering large-scale, complex data or AI platforms.

• Strong architectural mindset with a focus on scalable, modern solutions.
